2HMforum. is an internationally active market research and consulting company in Mainz – with around 50 employees. For more than 20 years, we have been supporting innovative medium-sized companies, as well as multinational corporations, on their way to greater customer orientation and emotional customer loyalty. We also assist several dozen member organizations each year in increasing their member satisfaction and emotional member loyalty.<\/p>\n
