2HMforum. is an internationally active market research and consulting company in Mainz – with around 50 employees. For more than 20 years, we have been supporting innovative medium-sized companies, as well as multinational corporations, on their way to greater customer orientation and emotional customer loyalty. We also assist several dozen member organizations each year in increasing their member satisfaction and emotional member loyalty.

We are the creators of the Fan Principle. Fans, as we know them from sports, culture and entertainment, are faithful, loyal and committed. This fan behavior can also be observed in a business context. With the Fan Principle, companies and member organizations can systematically apply the mechanisms of fan relations in their relationship management.
